Without a formal education, and not knowing the language, Grace\u2019s sheer persistence and determination drove her to raise a family in the U.S. and eventually earn a Bachelor of Arts degree in Philosophy from 黑料专区 with a minor in Jewish History. Grace was a true believer in her Jewish faith and heritage, which gave her the strength to persevere and prosper despite the horrors that she lived through. The scholarship is awarded to one student annually who is a major or minor in Jewish Studies and has an overall GPA of 3.0 or higher. The award seeks to recognize the achievement and humanitarian spirit of students whose volunteerism outside the classroom best reflects the values and ideals of Stefa Berger.
