Full tuition, activity, and material\/transportation fees are refundable only if th\u200be student drops all registered courses in\u00a0CUNYfirst<\/a>\u00a0before the first official day of the semester (n\u200bot the first day of the student\u2019s classes).<\/p>\n Students who drop classes after the semester has started are billed in accordance with the published\u00a0liability schedule for that semester. – Students who paid through the Nelnet Payment Plan using a credit card will have the credit refunded to their credit card.
