Pedagogical Approaches to
Career-Connected Learning<\/h3>\n

Facilitated by Cristina Di Meo (Director of Experiential Education) and Eric Goldfischer (Lecturer and Service Learning Coordinator, Urban Studies<\/span><\/b><\/p>\n

CETLL<\/span><\/span><\/span> invites applications for Faculty Fellows to <\/span><\/span><\/span>participate<\/span><\/span><\/span> in a seminar on pedagogical approaches to career-connected learning<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/strong> where they <\/span>will learn about approaches to \u201ccareer competencies,\u201d ways to integrate skills-building into course goals (and the role of faculty in these efforts), and pedagogical strategies to engage students in <\/span>structured reflection to deepen their ideas of their futures, in work settings and beyond.\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Faculty Fellows will have the opportunity to work on a teaching-related project (e.g. developing an assignment, syllabus revision, in-class activities) that supports students to build connection between experiences in and outside the classroom as they think about their post-college lives. <\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n
