Theft from, or damage to University\/College premises of<\/i><\/p>\n property, or theft of or damage to property of any person<\/i><\/p>\n on University\/College premises is prohibited.<\/i><\/p>\n 5. Each member of the academic community or an invited<\/i><\/p>\n guest has the right to advocate their position without<\/i><\/p>\n having to fear abuse, physical, verbal, or otherwise, from<\/i><\/p>\n others\u2019 supporting conflicting points of view. Members of<\/i><\/p>\n the academic community and other persons on the college<\/i><\/p>\n grounds shall not use language or take actions reasonably<\/i><\/p>\n likely to provoke or encourage physical violence by<\/i><\/p>\n demonstrators, those demonstrated against, or spectators.<\/i><\/p>\n 6. Action may be taken against any and all persons who<\/i><\/p>\n have no legitimate reason for their presence on any<\/i><\/p>\n campus within the University\/College, or whose presence<\/i><\/p>\n on any such campus obstructs and\/or forcibly prevents<\/i><\/p>\n others from the exercise of their rights or interferes with<\/i><\/p>\n the institution\u2019s educational processes or facilities, or the<\/i><\/p>\n rights of those who wish to avail themselves of any of the<\/i><\/p>\n institutions instructional, personal, administrative,<\/i><\/p>\n recreational, and community services.<\/i><\/p>\n 7. Disorderly or indecent conduct on University\/Collegeowned<\/i><\/p>\n or controlled property is prohibited.<\/i><\/p>\n 8. No individual shall have in their possession a rifle,<\/i><\/p>\n shotgun, or firearm or knowingly have in their possession<\/i><\/p>\n any other dangerous instruments or material that can be<\/i><\/p>\n used to inflict bodily harm on an individual or damage<\/i><\/p>\n upon a building or the grounds of the University\/College<\/i><\/p>\n without the written authorization of such educational<\/i><\/p>\n institution. Nor shall any individual have in their<\/i><\/p>\n possession any other instrument or material which can be<\/i><\/p>\n used and is intended to inflict bodily harm on any<\/i><\/p>\n individual or damage upon a building or the grounds of the<\/i><\/p>\n University\/College.<\/i><\/p>\n 9. Any action or situation which recklessly or intentionally<\/i><\/p>\n endangers mental or physical health or involves the forced<\/i><\/p>\n consumption of liquor or drugs for the purpose of<\/i><\/p>\n initiation into or affiliation with any organization is<\/i><\/p>\n prohibited.<\/i><\/p>\n 10. The unlawful manufacture, distribution, dispensation,<\/i><\/p>\n possession, or use of illegal drugs or other controlled<\/i><\/p>\n substances by University students or employees on<\/i><\/p>\n university\/college premises, or as part of any university or<\/i><\/p>\n college activities is prohibited. Employees of the<\/i><\/p>\n University must also notify the College Personnel Director<\/i><\/p>\n of any criminal drug statute conviction for a violation<\/i><\/p>\n occurring in the workplace not later than five (5) days after<\/i><\/p>\n such conviction.<\/i><\/p>\n 11.
